Find comment flags that exclude print processing.
Print dialogs can exclude markups globally, but individual annotation dictionaries also carry flags. The audit separates a missing Print flag from a hidden annotation and from a missing appearance dictionary.
Audit one PDF copy, locally
Select a user-owned PDF. The parser reads page annotation dictionaries and their flags in this tab, up to 500 pages and 10,000 annotations. It does not upload, save, flatten or modify the file. Unsupported structures produce a partial or inconclusive result.

A clean structural report is not a print proof. The viewer's “Document and Markups” setting, appearance streams, flattening and printer workflow can still change output.
